• An electronic signature, the method used (typed or drawn), and an audit trail (browser, platform, language, and timestamp) at the time you sign the hire agreement;
• Any messages you send us via the contact form or email.

• Process, schedule, and fulfil your booking, including delivery and removal;

Booking records and signed agreements are retained for the duration required to fulfil the booking and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
