Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service. By submitting a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. We verify age using your date of birth at the time of booking.

2. The service

KinkHire provides short-term hire of premium adult wellness and lifestyle equipment, delivered and collected from your address within approximately 100km of Melbourne, Australia. Locations outside this area may be serviced by enquiry. Delivery, professional setup, and removal are included where applicable. Each hire is subject to availability and to the terms set out in the Equipment Rental Agreement.

3. Bookings and availability

• A booking is confirmed once payment of the deposit is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where availability, access, or safety cannot be reasonably assured.
• Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking; we take reasonable steps to prevent double-booking.

4. Pricing, deposit, balance and bond

• The total hire fee is calculated as the daily rate multiplied by the number of hire days, plus a setup and removal (establishment) fee.
• A deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 48 hours before delivery.
• A refundable security bond is pre-authorised on your card at booking. The bond is released after safe return of the equipment, and may be charged in the event of damage, loss, late return, or no-show.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable GST where required.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Our cancellation policy provides for a full refund where you cancel 72 or more hours before the scheduled delivery time, or within 24 hours of making the booking. Outside these windows the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund and may result in the security bond being charged. 6. Your responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate booking, delivery, and access information.
• You are responsible for the safe, lawful, and private use of the equipment during the hire period.
• You agree to keep the equipment in the condition supplied and to follow all safety instructions provided.
• You agree to make the premises accessible for delivery and removal at the agreed times.
• You must not sub-hire, sell, modify, or remove any safety labelling from the equipment.

7. Damage, loss and the security bond

You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection. If equipment is returned damaged, unreasonably worn, or not returned at all, we may recover the cost of repair or replacement from your pre-authorised security bond and, where the bond is insufficient, pursue the balance. Normal signs of use do not constitute damage.

8. Assumption of risk

Use of bondage, suspension, and adult wellness equipment involves inherent risks. You assume all risk associated with use of the equipment and agree to follow the safety guidelines and any briefing provided by our team. Full details are set out in the Rental Agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KinkHire's liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the equipment. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer right you may have under Australian consumer law.

10. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems. Content on this site, including product descriptions and imagery, is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date above indicates when they were last updated. Bookings are governed by the terms in effect at the time the booking is made.
